This globally distributed, remote-first team prioritizes automation, observability, and reliable production engines. You’ll work with Go, Ruby, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies in a collaborative, async environment.

Qualifications

• Experience keeping production systems reliable.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Kubernetes operators or controllers.
• Read, debug and discuss Go/Ruby code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers (GCP/AWS).
• Strong observability, metrics, logs and SLOs.

Responsibilities

• Keep user-facing services reliable, scalable, and efficient.
• Build automation and tooling to reduce toil.
• Operate and troubleshoot production systems on Kubernetes.
• Write infrastructure as code and ship changes through CI/CD and GitOps.
• Participate in on-call and incident response.
• Contribute to observability stack with metrics and logs.
• Document runbooks and architecture decisions.
