Pantheon is seeking a Senior Designer to shape how our brand shows up globally. You’ll turn strategy into distinctive creative work across campaigns, events, executive communications, product storytelling, digital experiences, sales enablement, and internal communications.

Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, and executives. This is a hands-on role combining big-picture thinking with precise execution, emphasising brand perception, audience engagement

Qualifikationen

• Senior designer with strong visual judgment and craft.
• Experience shaping brand perception across campaigns and digital experiences.

Aufgaben

• Translate brand strategy into clear creative concepts and visual systems.
• Develop design across digital, print, social, presentations, events, and internal channels.
• Create and evolve campaign identities, art direction, layouts, and motion concepts.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to deliver integrated work from brief to delivery.
• Develop visual assets for major brand moments including global campaigns and product launches.
• Design experiences that maintain Pantheon brand across audiences and channels.
• Present concepts and defend design decisions, incorporating feedback.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and resources.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.
• Improve design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
