Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Research Engineers for a remote contractor role focused on code generation, software engineering, and AI model evaluation. You will analyze, review, and evaluate real-world coding tasks that help train next-generation AI systems.

Prior AI experience is not required. Responsibilities include analyzing codebases across languages (Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go, TypeScript), implementing features, refining tasks for evaluation, and documenting decisions to guide model

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in competitive programming, algorithms, and data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.

Responsibilities
