Job summary

Lumen Search is seeking a skilled Project Manager for the Mayo/Sligo/Roscommon region. The role is primarily remote, but requires coverage of the Mayo/Sligo/Roscommon area with substantial site visits in a client‑facing capacity.

You will help define project scope with stakeholders, develop plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and within budget, including risk management and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Must have a third level qualification in a relevant field (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Construction Management).
• Proven experience in a Project Management role or similar.
• Experience delivering projects across lifecycle stages.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with key stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Perform risk management and manage client and third‑party relationships.
• Create concise project documentation and monitor budgetary objectives.
