Job summary

OMNICOMMEDIAGROUP (IRELAND) LIMITED is seeking a Performance Strategy Manager to lead performance strategy for a portfolio of clients. You will monitor live campaigns daily, track KPIs, identify trends, and prepare data-driven optimisation notes and recommendations for leadership.

In this role, you will develop test-and-learn frameworks, maintain client dashboards, and support day-to-day client communications.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within a media agency.
Masters degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or equivalent.
Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google ads, Meta, DV360, etc.) at a reading and reporting level.
Strong understanding of performance metrics across paid channels and how they relate to business outcomes.
Proficiency in Excel and exposure to reporting/dashboarding tools.
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 for performance validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Monitor the performance of live campaigns daily and track KPIs with leadership.
Identify trends, anomalies and optimisation opportunities from live data with clear evidence.
Prepare structured optimisation notes and recommendations for the Senior Manager.
Escalate delivery concerns to the Senior Manager promptly.
Produce regular client and internal performance reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update client dashboards and trackers ongoingly.
Support day-to-day client communications and respond to BAU queries.
Develop test-and-learn frameworks across creative, audience and bidding strategies.
Stay current with platform updates and best practices; share learnings with the team.
