Tines is seeking a commercial, technically adept Legal Counsel to join our global team. This remote Ireland-based role partners with the Sales organization to negotiate SaaS, software licensing, DPAs, NDAs and related commercial documents across EMEA and the US.

You will provide practical risk-based advice, advise on liability and IP issues, and help scale contracting processes while aligning with Tines' values of simplicity, speed and soundness. Occasional travel to Dublin may be required.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of relevant legal experience, including 3-5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology agreements.
• Experience supporting Sales teams and managing customer negotiations.
• Excellent commercial judgment and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
• Authorization to work in Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Lead negotiations for customer agreements across EMEA and the United States, including SaaS agreements, software licensing terms, DPAs, security terms, SOWs, NDAs, and related commercial documents.
• Partner with Sales leaders and Deal Desk to support transactions from review through signature.
• Provide practical, risk-based advice that helps the business reach workable outcomes.
• Advise on liability, indemnification, IP, privacy, security, service commitments, and other commercial issues.
• Review and negotiate reseller, referral, integration, technology alliance, and other partner agreements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Security, Customer Success, Product, and other teams on commercial matters.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and Sales enablement materials.
• Help scale contracting processes as the global sales organization grows.
• Support broader Legal team initiatives.
