Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Junior Cyber Security Compliance Analyst to help define and drive the Security and Compliance framework for a leading cloud company. The role focuses on measuring adherence to policies, supporting audits, and maturing the control environment.

You will work across teams in a flexible/remote setup, contributing to global programs like ISO 27001, PCI, SOC2, and UK/EU regional controls.

Qualifications

2+ years in cyber security compliance, security risk or audit.
Direct and recent experience with at least one program: ISO 27001, PCI, UK Cyber Essentials Plus, Spanish ENS, and/or SOC2.
Prior experience in SaaS/Cloud security or Big Four risk practice is desirable.
Certs such as GSIF, CISA, CRISC are desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform activities to help measure and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
Facilitate certifier requests and information gathering for audits and lead onsite audits.
Conduct activities to comply with Government Cyber Security requirements in the EMEA region.
Drive security compliance testing across teams and projects.
Enhance and mature the common control framework.
Liaise with Risk Management and conduct security risk assessments.
Help customers understand ServiceNow's security and compliance controls.
Contribute to enhancing the GRC tool and processes.
