Job summary

Ryanair Engineering is seeking a Technical Representative to join the Heavy Maintenance operation for Europe’s largest airline group. You will travel across 3rd party maintenance sites and act as the on-site Ryanair technical lead coordinating CAMO, Maintrol, and Planning teams.

You will ensure maintenance inputs meet regulatory standards, efficiently manage resources, and deliver safe, timely returns to service for the 737NG/737MAX and A320 fleets.

Qualifications

• EASA B1 or B2 licensed and type rated certifying engineer.
• Experience in airline MRO/bases with Boeing and/or Airbus.
• Knowledge of EASA Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations; on-wing maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Verify work packages meet timelines and base maintenance requirements.
• Lead pre-input readiness reviews with stakeholders and ensure MRO holds required approvals.
• Oversee MRO quality, safety, regulatory compliance and Ryanair standards across inputs.
• Serve as technical liaison between MRO and Ryanair functions to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance on Ryanair maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
