Qualifications

• Over 10 years' experience in the medical device industry.
• At least 5 years in sterile medical device R&D and/or manufacturing.
• 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterilization processes and provide technical support.
• Lead the team of MDR Product Assessors-Sterilization.
• Drive team performance against global targets.
