European & USA Tech Recruit is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer specialising in sterile manufacturing, aseptic filling and pharma production support in Dublin. You will troubleshoot hands-on, optimise equipment and resolve technical challenges within live GMP manufacturing environments.

Candidates with background in Fill & Finish, biologics or pharmaceutical drug product manufacturing are particularly valuable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aseptic filling and GMP manufacturing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in live GMP environments.
• Familiarity with validation and change controls is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide automation support for aseptic filling and formulation equipment
• Work with Siemens, Rockwell or OEM PLC systems
• Support filling lines, isolators, lyophilisers and packaging equipment
• Manage SCADA, HMI and equipment control systems
• Lead manufacturing investigations, deviations and root-cause analysis
• Participate in automation change controls and continuous improvement
• Assist with equipment commissioning, upgrades and validation
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams
