You will generate high-quality evaluation datasets and provide structured feedback to improve conversational AI in a remote freelance setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify weaknesses in conversational accuracy, reasoning, and adherence to prompts.
• Generate diverse evaluation datasets reflecting realistic customer expectations.
• Follow prompts, rubrics, and guidelines to ensure reliable results.
