Betfair, part of Flutter UK & Ireland, is seeking a Performance Analyst to join our Gaming Team. You will influence Customer Engagement, Cross-Sell and Acquisition strategies through insights to drive performance, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

In this role you will monitor performance, communicate opportunities and deliver in-depth analyses and strategic recommendations, with a focus on turning data into clear actions for the business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance to ensure targets are met and decisions can be made in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities / challenges to stakeholders with solutions to maximise performance.
• Generate reusable reports using analytical tools enabling stakeholders to self-serve.
• Produce in-depth analyses and strategic insights to explain trends and provide recommendations.
