Jobgether on behalf of a partner company in Ireland seeks a Game Producer: Platform Games to oversee the development and launch of engaging, short-session games across digital platforms. You will turn concepts into releases and manage production from strategy to live operations, collaborating with internal developers, designers, QA, and external studios.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience as a Game Producer or Associate Producer.
• Experience shipping titles with internal or external partners.
• Experience with Unity and HTML5 game pipelines.
• Proficient with Agile and Scrum, sprint planning and deliverables.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating platform launches, submissions, and certifications.
• Ability to work with dashboards and performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of multiple game titles, from strategic planning to production, testing, launch, and live operations.
• Develop game strategies, evaluate concepts, and pitch new titles/IPs for the platform games portfolio.
• Coordinate internal developers, designers, QA teams, and external studios to meet deadlines.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and roadmaps across multiple titles.
• Maintain production trackers and dashboards with clear visibility into status and milestones.
• Manage platform partner submissions, technical requirements, and launch certifications.
• Monitor KPIs and provide weekly performance reports.
• Identify production risks and mitigate delays; oversee release management.
• Explore new distribution channels and opportunities for portfolio expansion.
