Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work to design and deliver high-impact enablement experiences for enterprise customers, focusing on ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. You will drive adoption through structured programs and hands-on sessions for diverse audiences—from everyday business users to executives.

You will lead workshops, create scalable training assets, and partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to translate product capabilities into tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer facing enablement or instructional roles in enterprise settings.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, translating AI to business value.
• Deep product fluency with ChatGPT and Agents in real workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact enablement experiences for enterprise customers.
• Lead live workshops and hands-on sessions across audiences from execs to teams.
• Drive activation, adoption, and measurable business value through structured programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to scale adoption.
• Develop reusable training assets and playbooks based on customer patterns.
