Job summary

Glanbia, a leader in nutrition, seeks an experienced Learning Partner to own the Digital Academy and shape the learning strategy. You will partner with Digital, HR, IT and business units to design, deliver, and measure digital capabilities across the workforce.

You will blend internal content with top external providers, manage vendor relationships, and drive adoption through engaging campaigns and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Senior Learning & Development experience with a digital skills focus.
• Proven ability to design and deliver business-aligned digital learning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the organisation's digital learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Translate capability needs into targeted learning solutions and campaigns.
• Partner with HR analytics to measure ROI and progress of learning initiatives.
• Oversee Digital Academy operations, content curation, and external partnerships.
