Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking a Cloud and Security Engineer for a hybrid, 6‑month engagement in Ireland. The role focuses on identity, access management, Azure security and incident response, with senior-level responsibilities and ITIL-aligned operations.

Applicants should have 10+ years ICT experience, strong Azure security expertise and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration and client-facing support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in ICT/cloud/security.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity expertise.
• Experience with threat evaluation and security incident response.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, MFA, Zero Trust and Microsoft Purview.
• Proven Level 3 support and ITIL experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM and RBAC.
• Manage Azure, Intune, Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Implement Zero Trust and Azure security best practices.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and complex troubleshooting.
• Support ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Requests.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Participate in CAB and continuous service improvement activities.
