Job summary

Alignerr in Ireland is hiring Software Engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. This fully remote, hourly contract role allows you to shape how AI understands and writes software, working on a flexible 10–40 hour per week schedule.

You will write, review, and refine code across Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, and TypeScript; you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and demonstrate clear, precise reasoning when explaining technical

Responsibilities

• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
