Enable Ireland Shop Galway is seeking a Relief Shop Manager to cover shifts when the permanent Manager is away. You will lead a team on the shop floor, drive sales targets and ensure excellent customer service in a charitable setting.

You must have retail clothing experience and strong leadership skills. The role offers relief hours, a pro rata profit share, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a supportive employer.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Relief Shop Managerto join our team in our Enable Ireland Shop in Galway City when our permanent Shop Manager is on leave.

Contract Type: Relief

Contract Hours: Relief Hours to cover Staff on Leave

Hourly Rate: €15.41. A 2% profit share and bonus (pro rata) are added if targets are met. Excellent benefits.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 10.7% of hours worked.

Overview of the Post:

To work as a member of our Team when our Shop Manager is on leave. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop whilst motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to help achieve sales targets in order to maximise our contribution to Enable Ireland’s services.

You must have retail clothing experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results, enjoy being on the shop floor whilst driving sales through great customer service and be motivated by working for a charity.

Overview of Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the shop in the context of an agreed work plan and agreed financial targets
• Assist in training, supervising and managing shop staff, both paid and voluntary
• Ensure the appearance of the shop internally and externally is attractive to customers and in line with brand standards.
