Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Driver for the Athlone branch to cover the Galway area. You will service customer sites with washroom products, manage loading/unloading, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.

The role includes a full-time 39-hour week, with potential up to 48 hours later and salary around €29,350 with a €1,500 relief allowance, plus an OTE of €32,500 and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Full Irish driving licence held for more than two years (no more than six penalty points).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Garda Vetting may be required depending on role.

Initial Washroom Hygiene Service Driver

The Service Driver Role

As a driver, you will visit a number of different customer sites to service their washroom products. These products may include feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers and floor mats.

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading units and floor mats for customers, so you will need to be physically fit for this role
• Ensuring that your vehicle is safe at all times, driving responsibly and following our RI Drive Smart guidance
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times

Requirements

• Full Irish driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do' attitude
• Pride in the job you do
• You may be required to pass Garda Vetting depending on the role you have applied for
