Job summary

Unipharmedtech in North Dublin is seeking Pharmacists for Relief roles with flexible hours, including options for part-time or full-time. The positions offer reimbursement of PSI fees, vaccination training funding, a pension with company contribution up to 7%, CPD hours, Sunday rate premium, and referral bonuses.

Successful candidates will support the Supervising Pharmacist, maintain regulatory compliance, and help deliver outstanding patient care while working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of exceptional patient care that matches company standards.
• Assist Supervising Pharmacist with operational standards and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to find care solutions for customers and patients.
• Assist in professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with regulations.
• Support group healthcare and company/marketing events.
• Communicate team performance and new initiatives to the Pharmacist Regional Manager.
• Participate in staff training and support team development.

We are looking to speak with Pharmacists who are open to Relief Pharmacist roles in North Dublin These roles offer a flexible number of hours, with an option for part-time or full-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that we consistently deliver the type of exceptional care that patients will tell their friends about
• Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives
• Work with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patients
• Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations
• Assist in group healthcare and company/marketing events
• Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives
• Partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team
• Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance

Requirements:

• Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in Pharmacy
• Have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Must be capable of working on own initiative
• Drive business within the dispensary and store
• Ability to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities
• Proactively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times
