Job summary

Hundred Acre Wood Preschool & Afterschool in Galway is seeking Relief Early Years Educators to cover Preschool and Afterschool programs. Roles are casual and flexible, with hours offered on an as-needed basis to align with staff holidays, illness and other absences.

You will join a friendly, supportive team committed to high standards of care and education. We welcome applicants with a QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent, a genuine passion for working with children,

Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or recognised equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, reliable and flexible approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Join Our Team! Hundred Acre Wood Preschool & Afterschool is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Relief Early Years Educator to join our friendly team! We are seeking someone who is passionate about working with children and can provide cover when required, including staff holidays, illness and other absences.

Position Details:

• Flexible relief hours, depending on the needs of the service
• Working across both Preschool & Afterschool programmes
• Providing cover for staff absences and holidays
• Hours offered on an as-needed basis
• Friendly, supportive and welcoming working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or recognised equivalent)

• Previous experience is desirable but not essential
