Job summary

Beechfield Care Group is seeking a relief Chef to cover shifts across our nursing homes in Leinster. The role offers flexible shifts with premium rates, including days, nights and weekends, across multiple locations in North and South Dublin regions.

The successful candidate will be formally trained, HACCP certified, and trained in SALT-modified foods, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations. English fluency is required, and prior nursing home experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
• Background in managing a kitchen environment.
• Experience in nursing home or hospital setting is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be :

• Formally trained
• Fully certified in HACCP
• Trained in modified food as per SALT guidelines
• Comply with all Food hygiene regulations
• Have a background in management of a kitchen environment.
• Fluent in English, speaking & writing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home / Hospital environment an advantage.
