Lotus Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) or RNID to join our residential social care team supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role is ideal for a nurse with experience in, or a genuine interest in developing expertise within, intellectual disability (ID) services.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability (RNID) with active registration.
• Experience in intellectual disability (ID) or residential care is desirable.
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with standards.
• Support residents with intellectual disabilities to maintain health and wellbeing.
• Manage and monitor chronic conditions and administer medications safely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and families.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in audits and quality improvements.
