Job summary

Endeavor Health at Glenbrook Hospital in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group to join our patient-centered care team.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with rotating 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts and one Saturday per month; some travel to other locations may be required.

You will provide nursing care under the direction of the Practice Manager and physicians, perform triage, manage test results and refills, document in Epic, and educate patients.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Rotating 7:00AM-7:00PM Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday a month)
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do:
