Right at Home Ireland is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to cover the CHO8 region, based in Drogheda with travel across CHO8. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for Home Care Assistants, building a strong candidate pipeline and collaborating with Business Managers, HR and Compliance teams to ensure effective onboarding.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in home care or healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel regularly across CHO8 region.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Home Care Assistants across CHO8.
• Advertise vacancies, screen applicants and conduct interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Work with Business Managers to identify recruitment needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance activities.
• Organise recruitment events, job fairs and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and trackers.
• Develop local recruitment strategies across the region.
• Support recruitment activity for other Right at Home offices when needed.
