Job summary

Apple is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead a team of Pricing Analysts across Cork and Cupertino, coordinating pricing processes and driving automation and continuous improvement. You will manage multiple pricing elements, balance deadlines, and deliver clear executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pricing, finance, or operations within a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Excel Macros within a pricing or business operations context.
• A track record of developing or driving improvements to existing processes, with a focus on automation and simplification.
• Analytical and business modelling skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data to senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively with a high level of ambiguity and complexity in a large, matrixed organisation.
• A track record of leading and developing a team through periods of change and ambiguity, creating an environment of growth, collaboration, and high performance while maintaining focus and delivery against objectives

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, understand the impact for the business, create implementation plans, and drive execution in line with strict deadlines.
• Lead a team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations by flawlessly executing and improving pricing processes.
• Prepare and deliver Executive Reviews, communicating complex data clearly to senior leadership audiences.
• Collaborate with regional counterparts and cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes with automation and simplification.
• Analyse data, create metrics, and communicate complex data to support informed business decisions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and drive change across the team and the wider organisation.
