Job summary

Howdens is seeking a Regional Kitchen Installation Manager to base in Ireland, overseeing multiple kitchen installations across the region. You will coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from pre-start through completion.

The role requires strong health and safety knowledge, drawing interpretation, and leadership with a customer-focused approach. A full UK driving license is essential, with rewards including a company car and pension

Qualifications

• Experience managing kitchen installations or construction projects on site.
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Confidence to lead teams and influence on-site outcomes.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live installation projects across Ireland.
• Lead and coordinate Howdens-approved fitting teams and subcontractors on site.
• Conduct pre-start meetings and set projects up for success from day one.
• Ensure all installations meet Howdens’ quality, safety and customer service standards.
• Build strong working relationships with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Managers and depot teams.
• Monitor progress on site, resolve issues quickly and keep projects on track.
• Support the National Contracts Installation Manager with delivery of installations across the region.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across all sites.

**Regional Kitchen Installation Manager****Howdens Contracts | Permanent | Field-Based**At Howdens, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Installation Manager to be based in Ireland and overseeing kitchen installations.
