Job summary

Little Harvard Childcare in Ireland is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple creches and lead the regional operations with a focus on educational excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor Creche Managers, drive performance against budgets, and build strong relationships with parents and regulatory bodies while promoting a positive, team-oriented culture across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in childcare or multi-site management.
• Strong understanding of Tusla regulations and early years education best practices.
• Ability to inspire and support teams with high care standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with experience in financial and operational management.
• Advantage: qualification in childcare, business management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of multiple creches across your area.
• Mentoring Creche Managers to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
• Driving excellence in early years education and maintaining strong relationships with parents and regulators.
• Monitoring performance, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficiency and growth.
• Implementing policies and procedures that align with company standards and childcare regulations.
