About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator to join our EMEA TA/HR team on a short-term basis. This role offers hands-on experience across key functions—recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and process improvement—while helping us build more consistent and scalable systems across multiple countries.

Whether you're early in your TA/ HR career or bringing prior experience, this is a great opportunity to contribute, learn, and grow in a collaborative international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications across time zones
  • Assist with offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks
  • Maintain organized and compliant candidate records

Onboarding

  • Support onboarding tasks including system access, benefits setup, and payroll coordination
  • Help create clear documentation and guides for future onboarding

Process and Documentation

  • Help map workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
