Recruitment Coordinator

Join our Recruiting Team as a Recruitment Coordinator and be part of an energetic, motivated team that directly influences our firm's growth and success. You will support Experienced Hire & Campus recruiters focused on attracting top-tier talent. We seek someone who is smart, resourceful, collaborative, and thrives in our informal yet fast-paced and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills by working directly with candidates, hiring managers, and Susquehanna interviewers. You will learn professional recruiting and campus processes and gain broad knowledge of Susquehanna's business. To succeed, you must coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, manage last-minute schedule changes professionally, and be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of critical thinking to facilitate the interview process for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Build effective relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Schedule and confirm phone and on-site interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage inquiries from candidates or internal employees.
  • Enhance procedures across responsibilities, from simple process improvements to larger initiatives.
  • Support recruiters and attend presentations, conferences, and special events as required.
  • Manage projects such as reporting and data analysis.

  • Experience or internship as an assistant, coordinator, or in event planning, coordination, or similar roles.
