Job summary

Comfort Keepers Ireland is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Kerry team. You will lead the carer recruitment process for designated offices, ensure timely, high-quality hires, and monitor KPIs to optimize efficiency.

You will oversee onboarding, Garda clearance, reference checks, and training records to support successful placements. The role emphasizes compliance with HR practices and internal policies, with a focus on high-volume recruitment in a friendly, fast-paced home care
