Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail or high-end hospitality experience (Client Advisor, VIP Specialist, Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Sales Assistant or similar roles).
• Proven success managing personal client books, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional service.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with the confidence to transition into corporate candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a natural drive to succeed.
