Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and grow your own recruitment desk within your chosen industry or sector.
  • Source, screen, and place top talent in roles that align with clients' needs.

  • Create tailored recruitment strategies to expand your network and client base.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and manage contracts with candidates.
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs, driving your success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline using our recruitment database.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or specialist recruiter either in an agency or in house environment.
  • Business development and account management skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or recruitment software.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary of €35,000 - €40,000, with uncapped commission.
  • First-year on-target earnings (OTE) expected to exceed €55,000+.
