Job summary

The Good Shepherd Centre Kilkenny is seeking a TSO to deliver tailored tenancy support for tenants of approved housing bodies, focusing on individuals with mental health difficulties at risk of tenancy loss.

The post is set to cover Tipperary/Kilkenny and will include collaboration with local health and housing partners, with funding through the Grant Aid process; two officers at 39 hours weekly planned originally, with two roles; a recovery-oriented tenancy sustainment program.

Responsibilities

• Engage tenants, conduct assessments and make referrals to health and social services.
• Provide cover to colleague during training and leave.
• Support tenancy sustainment through a recovery-oriented programme.
