Howden Ireland is seeking a receptionist in its Ringsend city centre office to support the Operations team. You will manage the switchboard, greet clients, coordinate meeting rooms, and handle post and stationeries while maintaining accurate records.
The role requires at least 1 year in a busy reception or call centre. A professional front-of-house appearance and strong communication are essential, with a flexible, courteous approach to work in a hybrid environment.

Based in our city centre Ringsend office, Howden Ireland are delighted to have a vacancy as a receptionist on a permanent basis for the Howden business that will be an integral part of our wider Operations team.
About the role: Reporting to the Operations manager for Howden your overall function will be to operate the switchboard efficiently providing a fast and effective phone delivery service to our operations.
