A local community organization in Newcastle West is seeking a Receptionist and Information Provider. The role involves being the first point of contact for the public, managing appointments, and delivering information. No prior experience is necessary as accredited training will be provided. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage records are essential for this position.
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
