As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience. You will manage front desk operations efficiently while supporting the wider team in maintaining the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately

  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest enquiries

  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

  • Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest service

  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

  • Assist with administrative duties to support smooth front desk operations

Requirements
