Job description

Receptionist - Part Time

EPS Group has an immediate vacancy for a part-time Receptionist based at our Mallow head office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and greet clients at reception
  2. Manage a busy switchboard
  3. General management of reception duties
  4. Liaise with and provide administrative support to the accounts department and other teams
  5. Ensure smooth office operations, including organising couriers, maintenance, archiving, etc.
  6. Manage meeting room bookings and setup, including catering
  7. Organise incoming and outgoing post
Key Competencies and Skills:
  1. Handle high volume of calls professionally
  2. Punctuality and reliability
  3. Strong telephone etiquette
  4. Professional approach with employees, visitors, clients, and subcontractors
  5. Pleasant demeanor and skilled in multitasking
  6. Flexible and efficient in duties
  7. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  1. 2-3 years experience in a similar Receptionist/Administration role
  2. Relevant secretarial/administration qualification (desirable)
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Fluency in English, both verbal and written
