Overview

Your mission
  • Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values
  • Be the first point of contact at the reception and provide Aura members with exceptional customer care
  • Drive service excellence by building and developing customer relationships
  • Stay up to date with all Aura programmes and services
  • Respond to customer queries and continuously look for opportunities to improve service
  • Provide administrative support for the centre
  • Work with the team to meet customer needs and promote the Aura brand
  • Get involved in running promotions and events on site
  • Promote front of house sales and take ownership of retail targets
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
  • This list represents some of the tasks our Receptionists undertake daily
What we need from you
  • A passion for delivering the best customer service and building positive relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An outgoing personality, adaptable and flexible
  • A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork
  • Great organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of cash management
  • Flexible hours/days of work
  • Fluent English is required
