  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with the check-in process, and ensuring a smooth check-out experience
  • Providing Information: Offering guests information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Responding to guest queries in person, over the phone and via email
