Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a receptionist for Clayton Hotel Burlington Road in Dublin. You will warmly greet guests, handle registrations, and provide local information to ensure a superb guest experience.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous Hotel Reception Experience Essential
• Experience with Opera PMS desirable

• Respond to inquiries about in-house facilities and local information.
• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update all guest information in the computer system.
