Responsibilities

• Reception duties: welcome visitors and document messages for staff.
• Answering the phone and routing messages.
• Filing, organising and updating information.
• Maintenance duties: keep outdoor spaces clean, garden upkeep and small repairs as required.
• Carry out other duties as commensurate with the post.
