Job summary

Spot Recruitment is seeking a Junior Investment Manager in Dublin to support portfolio performance monitoring, reporting and asset-level initiatives within a PRS asset management environment.

You will gain exposure across asset management, investor reporting, performance analysis and governance, working closely with Finance, Leasing, Operations and Property Management teams.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or recently qualified accountant, finance or real estate professional.
• Strong Excel skills, comfortable working with financial and operational data.
• Analytical, commercially aware and confident communicator; real estate/PRS exposure a plus but not essential.
