Job summary

TUI in Limerick is seeking a Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team. You’ll help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products, becoming a destination expert to create unforgettable experiences.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern, including weekends, bank holidays and some evenings. We offer a starting salary of 15.37 euros per hour, plus a commission scheme, holiday benefits, discounts and wellbeing support, with development and pension provisions.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate into holiday recommendations.
• Previous retail or travel sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets through proactive service and upselling.
• Resolve customer questions or complaints with a positive, helpful approach.
• Learn and use systems training to enhance customer experience.
