Job summary

DFDS is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver in Rathcoole to support warehouse operations with a focus on safety and accuracy. The role runs Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00, involving loading/unloading, moving stock, high-level storage, and order retrieval.

The ideal candidate has proven reach truck experience in a warehouse setting, can work at height, and demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and safe manual handling practices.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Confident working at height within racking systems.
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and understanding of safe manual handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload pallets from racking locations.
• Move stock to designated storage and picking areas.
• Place goods into high-level storage locations accurately.
• Retrieve pallets for customer orders and operational requirements.
• Check pallets and loads for damage, defects, or instability.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
