Joule Group in Ballycoolin, Co. Dublin, is seeking a Test Technician to join the compliance and test team.
You will plan, set up and execute test work, write detailed technical reports and provide precise feedback on product testing performance to ensure our heating, ventilation and hot water solutions meet ErP directives and European standards. The role requires solid plumbing knowledge and safe wiring skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and strong planning.

We are looking for a Technician with Industry experience to join the compliance and test team as a Test Technician. The R&D Test Technician will work as a key member of the compliance and test team and will be responsible for planning, preparing and monitoring all relevant test work. The scope of the products to be tested will be broadly based on the company’s current ranges/ combinations but will also expand into new product developments and accommodate changing market demands.
The ErP (Energy-related Products) Directives are designed to drive improvements in the efficiency and performance of Heating and Hot Water products; understanding the directives and creating solutions to improve both efficiencies and performance are a key part of this role. The Test Technician will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the test work and thus enabling our products to be market leaders in both efficiency and performance.

Pay: €36,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
