Qualifications

• Trade qualification or a 3rd level degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical sectors preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to the West of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Diagnose faults and resolve issues via structured problem solving.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and continuous improvement of equipment.
• Ensure availability of spare parts through inventory management.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance to safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to audits with accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate across teams for clear communication and smooth operations.

About The Role

You’ll work closely with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to maintain and improve equipment performance. This is a hands‑on role with real impact—ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and performance of plant equipment and manufacturing systems
• Diagnose faults and resolve issues through structured problem‑solving approaches
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of new and existing equipment
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts through effective inventory management
• Complete planned preventative maintenance activities to high safety and quality standards
• Contribute to audits by providing accurate technical documentation and insights
• Collaborate across teams to ensure clear communication and smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Trade qualification (ideally electrical or mechanical) ''or'' a 3rd Level Degree in Electroincs, Electrical Engineering and experience within Manufacturing or Pharamcutical.

Desirable (but Not Required)

• Multi-skilled certification or further technical qualifications
• Experience with mechanical systems, PLCs, robotics, or automation
• Exposure to pneumatics, hydraulics, or low‑voltage control systems
