Leyton Group is seeking an Engineering Consultant to specialise in R&D Tax Credit and Innovation Incentive claims. You will review clients' R&D initiatives to secure funding for future development and manage your own portfolio with autonomy, building relationships with decision makers across industries.

You will stay informed on industry developments and legislative changes, leveraging expertise to optimise client outcomes while collaborating with teams and taking ownership of project success.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in a Mechanical Engineering focussed role.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Willingness to thrive under pressure, think analytically, and communicate confidently to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Support clients' R&D Tax Credit and Innovation Incentive claims through expert consultation.
• Review and analyse clients' R&D initiatives to secure funding for future development.
• Build relationships with decision makers and manage a client portfolio with autonomy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and legislative changes.
