Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in the medical device sector with strong development foundations.
• Experience in design, development and process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of innovative medical devices.
• Drive projects through the product development lifecycle from concept to production transfer.
• Develop and evaluate prototypes using advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Apply DFM principles to ensure scale-up from development to production.
• Lead process development activities for robust manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and Supply Chain teams to deliver outcomes.
