One of Ireland’s leading and most respected main contractors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major commercial development in Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years’ experience to progress their career with a top-tier contractor renowned for delivering landmark projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the commercial management of a large-scale commercial project from pre-construction through to final account.
  • Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations.
  • Monitor project budgets and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support senior commercial staff and project teams in all aspects of contract administration.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience with a main contractor or leading subcontractor.
  • Experience working on commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
